Speckled yellow stoneware/porcelain mix with white and black brushstrokes and clear glaze. These were a test of a clay mix which I coloured myself with oxides and stains. The black and white slip is painted on more subtly than the thick ‘hakeme’ slip on other pieces. The two remaining bowls are slightly different sizes, otherwise perfect.
Approx size: dxh 9.5 x 6cm; 10.5 × 6.5 cm

My glazes are all food safe and pieces can be put in the microwave and dishwasher. However I always recommend hand-washing for hand made ceramics. See‘Care’ for more.
