Thrown ‘black’ stoneware ‘moon’ vase with bronze glaze inside, and outside around the rim, then finished with beeswax. A beautiful container for old roses, hydrangeas, anemones and other short stemmed large flowers. There is the finest of superficial hairline cracks in the base - see pic. It was so fine, I didn’t see it at first. This does not affect the ability of the vase to hold water .
