Porcelain mug with coloured slip decoration, clear-glazed inside and out. During the glaze firing some metal dust fell from the pyrometer into the mug, leaving a few dark specks. There is also a tiny ‘chip’ in the edge of the base (the porcelain was ‘plucked’ by the shelf). This has no effect on the functionality of the mug.
Approx size dxh: 7.5×8cm
I always recommend hand-washing for hand made ceramics, and particularly for this glaze. See‘Care’ for more.
